Pre-K Cap & Gown

I TOTALLY enjoyed this! We got the kids all lined up and as I raised my hand to count to three, I noticed that several hands went up counting with me. I had to make sure they knew I was the only one who was supposed to count, and when I got to three they needed to give me a big smile! And they did! They were such a great group of kids!

Mrs. Tillman wanted to see if they could throw their caps up in the air like the big folks do at graduation. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but we did it and they did awesome!

Who I photograph the most...

My favorite subjects to photograph are my kids, of course! They always make for great photos and I can catch those special moments I want to hold on to forever! The best pictures I take of them are when they are doing what they like best...playing!

I love action shots! It's so cool to see them in action!
Here Gracie is racing down the field to kick that goal!

And Linc is taking a break to fan himself with his double duty fan/water sprayer to beat the heat!

My big girl Gracie and I took a stroll at the bay near Nini's and Papa's new place! It made for some great pics! I like the picture above because it looks as though she is looking down at her own reflection in the water.

This one is great to me because it is such an out-of-character photo. Totally out of character...lol! But sweet at the same time!

These two photos portray Linc and Gracie very well. Linc is such a serious soul at times, and Gracie, everything is funny to her! But I love that smile!

The next three photos have to be three of my favorites!
Lincoln got a hold of the water hose one day during water play and I captured this great expression on his face!

I took this photo of Gracie at church at the Mother/Daughter banquet. The azaleas were in full bloom and she stopped to pick one. So I caught this sweet pose!

Sweatmore Strawberry Patch...always makes for some great photos! The above is my favorite one of Brooklyn! So sweet!
I antiqued both of these photos to give them a different affect. The one below almost reminds me of harvesting in the good old days!

Gracie stops for a tasty, juicy strawberry in between pickin'.
I also antiqued this photo!

OK, so this is not the conventional photo of the subject's face, but from the eye of my camera it was the cutest thing I'd ever seen. It made me think of two little kids meeting for the first time. In this photo I did a little color fading to soften it a bit.

My favorite location...the BEACH! I love the colors, the sand, the water, the fun!

Brooklyn loves the sand! So with her new Tinkerbell bucket in hand and shovels ready to dig, she was good to go!

My sweet Gracie....she's the water baby! Forget the sand, forget the toys, let's get in the water!
